A magical evening of Yoga and Sound Bath by candlelight. Opening with a short standingh sequence of postures you will arrive in your body, connect with your breath and open to relax and receive. Guided into deep relaxation with breathing practices you are prepared and ready to relax and surrender to the sounds and vibrations of enchanting singing bowls.

Everyone is welcome,  no prior yoga practice is necessary.
