Therefore it can be a wonderful support tool when suffering from headaches, mental tension, restlessness and different forms of stress. A relaxing full body massage is slow and gentle. It helps to restore balance and promote stress release. It’s a perfect way to switch off from everyday life and give your body something back. It can help release muscle tension and increase blood flow. Bringing your body into a deep sense of relaxation, tension will release and your body and mind can let go.

Sports massage is focused and systematic. It targets muscles that are used in a specific sport and uses various techniques to decrease muscle pain and improve recovery, as well as improve overall range of motion and flexibility to support safe and effective movement. Sports massage can be beneficial for anyone who regularly exercises.

Prenatal massage when in your second or third trimester of pregnancy, can help you relax and especially take away possible aches and tensions. Sound is used as preventive, healing, relaxing and meditative instrument that helps establish a healthy vibration in the entire organism.Vapa Kaia, this type of sound healing massage, works mainly with singing bowls and combines the sound and vibrations of the bowls and gentle pressure massage as well as guided deep relaxation and aromatherapy. Depending on your personal needs and focus, other forms of sound healing could be integrated.

The traditional art of baby massage can be learned by any mum or dad, being safely guided through the different forms of touch and the traditional sequence used in ayurvedic tradition.
