A relaxing full body massage is slow and gentle. It helps to restore balance and promote stress release. It’s a perfect way to switch off from everyday life and give your body something back. It can help release muscle tension and increase blood flow. Bringing your body into a deep sense of relaxation, tension will release and your body and mind can let go.


The classic massage may work also on a deeper level, include mobilisations and can bring relief and support to specific areas of the body. Deep tissue and soft tissue pressure techniques are used to relieve tension or muscle pain. Therefore it can be a wonderful support tool when suffering from headaches, mental tension, restlessness and different forms of stress.

Foot reflexology is much more than a simple foot massage, foot reflexology is an ancestral technique that is becoming increasingly popular for its many benefits. Stress, fatigue, lack of energy, insomnia, digestive problems, pain... There is a solution to relieve you! Both relaxing and energising, foot reflexology is a gentle support to allow your body to regulate itself naturally and prevent discomforts that may bother you in your daily life.

Sports massage is focused and systematic. It targets muscles that are used in a specific sport and uses various techniques to decrease muscle pain and improve recovery, as well as improve overall range of motion and flexibility to support safe and effective movement. Sports massage can be beneficial for anyone who regularly exercises.

Prenatal massage, when in your second or third trimester of pregnancy, can help you relax and especially take away possible aches and tensions. While a massage is a perfect way to relax and rejuvenate at any time in life, during pregnancy it can also support postural changes that put pressure on the lower back or swollen legs and feet as well as support digestion that is often compromised during the later stages of pregnancy. Is it safe to receive a massage during pregnancy? With the heads up from your doctor and after the first trimester, you can safely enjoy the benefits of a massage.

The traditional art of baby massage can be learned by any mum or dad during a 60min atelier, being safely guided through the different forms of touch and the traditional sequence used in ayurvedic tradition. Baby massage can be done from day one and I usually recommend to be in touch and book an appointment within the first 4 weeks. Singing bowls are used as preventive, healing, relaxing and meditative instruments that help establish a healthy vibration in the entire organism. Vapa Kaia combines the sound and vibrations of singing bowls and gentle pressure massage as well as guided deep relaxation and aromatherapy.

Composed of 70% to 80% water, our body is very receptive to vibrations and sound waves, which have many positive effects on our physical and mental well-being. Main objective of the sound treatment is to invite a state of deep relaxation and letting go. This is followed by the harmonization of the body and the beneficial effects on nervous system disorders such as anxiety, insomnia, stress and physical tension.
