Meditation

A way to focus and still the mind.

 

Mostly when we start to meditate it can be easier and helpful to do guided meditations.

 

Guided meditation often uses visualization to help the mind to focus and draw inwards. I recommend mornings and evening to do so as we can focus on getting ready for the day or for a good night sleep.
