Join this wonderful 90min practice of Yoga and Sound – a perfect way to end your weekend and recharge for the week ahead. With mindful breath awareness and guidance, you’ll connect with your body and calm your mind as you’re led through a sequence of gentle yoga postures. You will open and prepare to relax and receive.
During relaxation, the soothing vibrations of Tibetain singing bowls will support your energy flow, harmonisation, and inner peace.
Everyone is welcome, and no prior practice experience is required. Spaces are limited!
