With mindful breath awareness and guidance, you’ll connect with your body and calm your mind as you’re gently led through a sequence of yoga postures designed to relax and prepare you to fully receive.

Throughout the session, a variety of sounds will accompany you, leading you into deep relaxation. The soothing vibrations of enchanting singing bowls will support your energy flow, harmonisation, and inner peace. Everyone is welcome, and no prior yoga experience is required.
