"DEAR BODY, I love you",  is a journey, a program, of 24 mindful moments.

The focus is on creating a deeper, new, better, more conscious, ... but mainly loving, relationship with your body.
 

You will work with an
📖 E-WORKBOOK where you will find all and everything in one place.
You choose how you would like to work with all inspirations and practices. The intention is on creating the routine of spending a moment with your body, yourself, for 24 days, and see what happens.


 

 

 

Throughout December I also offer you guidance, as you follow this journey from the 1st till the 24th. In addition to the workbook you will have :

additional inspiration via audio/video
🧘‍♀️ one zoom get-together to deepen practices and share experiences.
