All Yoga is (or should be) therapeutic. A mindful and conscious practice means to constantly adapt the Yoga to whatever it is you need in this moment and not the other way round. Especially if you are facing physical challenges of chronic illness or sudden changes in your health, I am trained and I am here to guide you to help adapt yoga practices to your momentary needs. These individual or semi-private sessions I call “empowerment sessions” - empower yourself to be and feel well: In these sessions I use yogic tools (movement, breath, relaxation) and also sound, voice, mobilization, massage, ... and more. Everyone, at all times, can benefit from an empowerment session. They are also a wonderful tool to build well-being routines and work on how to integrate them into your daily life.
